The multi-ply fabric flame-retardant conveyor belt is a high-cost-performance and versatile conventional product of Shandong Chenguang Rubber Co., Ltd. It is widely used for open-pit coal mines, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and general industrial flammable and explosive conveying conditions. We realize 100% in-house production of all multi-ply belt cores. Adopting premium EP/NN polyester and nylon multi-ply laminated structure and one-piece vulcanization technology, our belts feature tight interlayer bonding, stable overall structure and no delamination, effectively avoiding common structural defects of ordinary multi-ply belts.

Designed with a flexible multi-layer structure, the belt allows adjustable fabric layers and rubber cover thickness to meet light, medium and heavy-load conveying requirements. Compared with solid woven conveyor belts, our multi-ply belts deliver higher cost performance, simpler maintenance and lower operational costs. Local repair is available for partial damage without replacing the whole belt. Featuring excellent wear resistance, aging resistance and flex resistance, the belt runs stably for a long time in dry and dusty industrial environments.
