As one of the flagship core products of Shandong Chenguang Rubber Co., Ltd., the PVG solid woven flame-retardant conveyor belt is professionally developed and produced for underground coal mines and various flammable, explosive and high-risk industrial working conditions. We realize independent R&D and in-house production of all belt cores. Adopting an integrated solid woven structure paired with premium NBR/PVC composite rubber cover, the belt is integrally molded with zero delamination. It effectively solves the common defects of ordinary conveyor belts such as poor wear resistance and insufficient safety performance, delivering excellent stability and durability for harsh working scenarios including humid mine roadways, heavy-load operation and large-inclination material conveying.
Different from ordinary PVG conveyor belts with plastic surfaces, our PVG 
conveyor belt is equipped with a thickened high-elastic rubber surface layer. All core belt cores are independently woven in our factory, featuring a compact structure, low elongation and ultra-high stability. By independently controlling the raw materials and production technology of belt cores, we strictly control product quality from the source. The belt boasts outstanding wear resistance, impact resistance, tear resistance and corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in humid, muddy and heavy-load mine environments.
